“ We popped in mid-afternoon, just for drinks. We sat outside and enjoyed a hot chocolate with cream (5 euros) and an espresso (1.50 euros). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and understood my incredibly bad Italian! It was a pleasant place to sit, and we felt very relaxed despite not spending much money (they made no attempt to rush us). Everything seemed very clean and efficient. ”

In particular I loved sitting in the small front room with its beautiful decor and gentle lighting, a perfect setting for dinner while it snows outside. My only criticism is that the service was a bit standoffish, not sure if that’s because of the language barrier or something else. ”
